Processing technology:
Semi-continuous casting magnesium alloy compared with the traditional casting magnesium alloy, semi-continuous casting magnesium alloy in the organization is finer, more uniform composition, more dense inside, than the traditional casting magnesium alloy has higher high strength and high elongation.
1. Through pipetting and secondary refining, the purity is high and the impurity is small. The magnesium liquid is directly poured from the heating and holding furnace to make it crystallize rapidly, which improves the compactness of the internal metallographic structure of the magnesium rod, makes the internal crystallization more reasonable and compact, and the physical properties are greatly enhanced than the traditional casting products.
2. The content of flux slag in the molding product tends to be zero, and the new inert gas protection device is used for semi-continuous casting magnesium alloy, so that the content of flux slag is greatly reduced and the product quality is improved. In the traditional process, the smelting process is completely exposed to the air and can only rely on flame retardants such as flux.
3. The surface is smooth and clean, without porosity, shrinkage cavity and slag inclusion.
4. The length is flexible and free. The existing maximum diameter is Φ600mm, which can be peeled and cut according to user requirements. In addition, other products of different specifications can be produced to meet customer needs. Can also be semi-continuous casting
