Our magnesium alloy production line adopts the most advanced large-scale semi-continuous casting machine casting alloy bars AZ31B, 31D, M50, AZ63, AZ80A, AZ91D and other magnesium alloys. Specifications can be 60mm-400mm in diameter and 6 meters in length. Through continuous casting, mixed gas protection and other advanced production technology, the product has high strength, dense internal organization, no shrinkage cavity, no solvent corrosion, no oxide inclusions, smooth surface, no segregation of chemical composition, and external dimensions can also be produced according to user needs.
The main purpose of extruded magnesium rod anode:
It is mainly used for metal protection in water heaters, refrigerators, storage tanks, high-temperature boilers, grounding electrodes for preventing high-voltage interference, and also for protecting metal pipelines for natural gas transmission in the soil. Applicable medium: high resistivity fresh water, soil. The Φ50-Φ320mm extruded anode has a high current mass ratio, which can provide sufficient cathode current and is suitable for use where the anode diameter is very small. We can provide high potential (Mg-Mn) or low potential (AZ31) extruded anodes, which are typically suitable for various water heat exchangers and water tanks, or for pre-protection of surface structures, etc.
